Select ‘before and after’ renderings for San Francisco’s 350 Mission’s Planning Department’s formal review (EIR) present the 24-story office tower. Pedestrian entrances would be located on the Fremont and Mission Street frontages and would open to a 50-foot-tall lobby.

This innovative new building will be achieved under the leadership of project developer GLL Development & Management, architects from the award-winning San Francisco office of the international firm, Skidmore Owings & Merrill, LLP, and engineers from WSP Flack + Kurtz, one of America’s leading sustainable environmental engineering firms, is designing the building systems.
